I have been looking for an exercise product that provides versatility and results, but is still easy on my joints.I have paid gym membership dues for years and worked out there religiously but I wanted something mlore personal. One day, I sat down and calculated the yearly cost of my gym membership, and I was astonished. I could buy equipment with the total, use them exclusively, and yet save some money.

My search was on!I began comparing Bowflex with other products, seriously evaluating them for suitability to my needs.They were all too complicated and very expensive to boot! A few friends had already made the purchase.I worked out the equipment to determine the pluses and minuses more accurately. And I concluded the products were not correct for my requirements.

I did an internet search for “exercise bands,” thinking that I could at least stay toned, while I wassearching for my home gym.Then I came across something: “Bodylastics, A home gym exercise system”, it said.Clicking on the site, I was stumped.The whole system was just resistance bands! Could there be a catch there somewhere?Well… I thought there must be something there beyond what gets the eye.Ummm..well,” I mused, looking at the site.As I was about to give up, I found them, the magical phrase, “Easy on the joints..” tough on the muscles.Exactly what I need! Yet, is that possible with just some resistance bands?

I kept on reading, hoping to find the answer to my questios.Over 140 gym exercises may be done with the exercise band, it said.The assertions were backed up by demo pictures.But the blurb also stated the execise band is not a all-around product. The item can be tuned up to its different tension levels which is why it is a system. Perfect to gradually increase the difficulty of the workout, without buying additional weights.

So I thought it is worth a try with the $49.00 price.Plus the 95 cents for a try. Well, $49.95 is only a small portion of what I paid as gym membership fees.If it was I was looking for, I could save 20,000 dollars which was the cost of the usual gym equipment.

And for the past three months, the Bodylastics had been my personal exercise sytem.And my conclusion can be summed up in one, single, quite common word: “WOW”!”

Amazing how a little product that can fit in a drawer develop results similar to gym-based exercises, yet be so inexpensive almoost everyone can afford it.My muscles felt larger, stronger and more toned; I lost some flabs, but got no aching joints, unlike before
